"LIVE LOVE LEAVE" (2009)

Conrad Korsch released his debut singer-songwriter CD "LIVE LOVE LEAVE" in late 2009 through his SCRUMPTIOUS MUSIC label. This intimate and haunting collection ranges from poetic ballads with string quartets to full-band anthems, features a duet with ROSANNE CASH, a Tin Pan Alley-esque bonus track, a love song performed on 7 upright basses and voice and more.
Immediately following its release, the album's first track "I'M LEAVING" was used in an episode of the USA Network's popular TV show "ROYAL PAINS", which has since gone into international syndication. A sold-out concert at famed NYC venue "Joe's Pub", featured slot in the Cape May Singer-Songwriter Festival (which chose the album track "WEEPING WILLOW" as the opening track for its 2010 compilation CD), and tour dates in England, Germany, and Norway followed soon after. Upon return to the USA, Conrad's live performance of his song "FIREFLY", featuring a duet with KRISTINA TRAIN, was aired in repetition during the memorial segments of the 2010 Jerry Lewis/MDA Telethon. The album version of the same song, featuring a duet with ROSANNE CASH, inspired an original ballet piece choreographed by Andrea Kramer which premiered at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center as part of "The Butterfly Project", a children's cancer charity.
